Sgënö’! my name is Alex Jimerson, and I’m Hodinöšönih, belonging to the Wolf Clan of the Seneca Nation / Onöndowa’ga:’ | I was raised on the Allegany and Cattaraugus Territories. I hold a B.S. in Public Health from Syracuse University and an M.A. in Food Studies from New York University. I live on the Cattaraugus Territory of the Seneca Nation, where I work in the Seneca Language Revitalization movement. Recently I completed the Deadiwënöhsnye’s Gëjóhgwa’ program. I continue to learn Onödowa’ga:’ gawënö’.
